Inbox-Zero, after failing for more than one decade!!!

“Inbox zero” is not “Inbox organization”. It just means spending near-to-zero efforts in email organization and near-to-zero time on reading emails. Inbox is just a medium for communication, and we should not spend much time on the platform.

• Delete/archive all inbox mails, where no action is required. Now a days, I only archive all of them. Because space is not concern anymore!!! Check daily if a rule can be created to do this activity automatically.
• Mark as “ReviewLater” [Label/category/folder], where I need do something before archiving/replying to these emails. Take an action, Follow up with someone etc. Check daily if a rule can be created to do this activity automatically.
• There is “Subs” [Label/category/folder], where all subscription emails go, [Automations/Rules] and don’t need my attention!! Why waste even milliseconds, just to press delete/archive :)
• There is always search functionality, whenever you want to unearth anything!!!
